450gFresh green beans
450gChopped onions
3tbFlour
1tbSalt
3lgCups sugar
5cVinegar
3tbCurry powder

Cook the beans, add the onions to the boiling water.Drain and cool.Boil the vinegar and sugar.Mix the flour,curry powder,salt and vinegarinto a paste.Cook until the mixture thickens.Add the beans and onions.Bottle the mixture.
